Our hemp-derived D9 products comply with federal regulations by containing no more than the legal limit of 0.3% hemp-derived D9 by dry weight. This ensures they are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp-derived products with this D9 concentration. However, it's important to note that state laws can vary, so it's always a good idea to check your local regulations before purchasing.

Dosing our D9 drinks is pretty straightforward! Each can is clearly labeled with the amount of D9 it contains—whether that’s 1mg, 3mg, 5mg or 10mg per can. If you’re new to D9 or just want a lighter experience, start with a 1mg drink or sip half of a 5mg can and wait at least 30–60 minutes to see how you feel before having more. Thanks to our nano-emulsion technology, the effects tend to kick in quickly, so you can gauge your experience and adjust as needed. Always enjoy responsibly and in a comfortable setting.
